What is your turnaround time?
Edited preview galleries land within 48 hours of the shoot. Final retouched, marketplace-ready files are typically delivered 3 to 5 working days later, depending on the size of the order.
Do you retouch to marketplace specifications?
Yes. Every white background image is retouched and exported to Amazon, Etsy and Shopify specifications, with consistent colour, true-to-metal tones and clean edges.
Can you shoot jewellery on models?
We handle casting, styling and art direction in-house and produce on-model campaign imagery that places your pieces in a considered world.
Do you produce video as well as stills?
How is jewellery handled and insured?
Yes. We shoot and edit short-form product films and campaign video for social, ecommerce pages and digital advertising — usually in the same session as your stills.
Where is the studio based?
Pieces are logged on arrival, handled with gloves, kept secured between set-ups and returned by tracked, insured courier. High-value consignments can be arranged with dedicated cover.
